You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may use the service to:

• Match your resume with job descriptions
• Practice video interviews
• Receive AI-powered insights and feedback

2.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Use the service to violate any laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

3. Credits and Payments

3.1 Credit System

Our service uses a credit-based system:

• Resume matching costs 1 credit per match
• Video interview practice costs 20 credits per interview
• You receive 3 free credits upon signup
• Credits can be purchased through credit packs
• Credits do not expire

3.2 Payments

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. By purchasing credits, you agree to pay the stated price. Refunds are available as stated in our Refund Policy.

3.3 Non-Refundable Credits

Once credits are used (for matches or interviews), they cannot be refunded. Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase as per our Refund Policy.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (resumes, job descriptions, video recordings). By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, process, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6.2 Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.
