Refund Eligibility

Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Credits that have been used are not eligible for refund.

Refunds are available for unused credits within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Unused Credits: Credits must be completely unused (no matches or interviews performed)
  • Time Limit: Refund request must be made within 7 days of the purchase date
  • Original Payment: Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Account Status: Your account must be in good standing

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Used Credits: Credits that have been used for matches or interviews cannot be refunded
  • Free Credits: Free credits provided on signup are not eligible for refund
  • Expired Requests: Refund requests made after 7 days from purchase date
  • Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for partially used credit packs

How to Request a Refund

Step-by-Step Process:

  1. Visit our Contact page
  2. Fill out the contact form with the following information:
    • Your account email address
    • Purchase date and transaction ID (if available)
    • Credit pack purchased
    • Reason for refund request
  3. Submit the form and wait for our response (typically within 24-48 hours)
  4. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • Refunded credits will be removed from your account

Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using purchased credits, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and may offer a refund or credit compensation.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase credits twice, contact us within 7 days and we will refund the duplicate purchase.
