Each practice interview includes 5 AI-generated questions tailored to the job description you provide.
Yes, you can practice as many times as you want. Each practice session costs 20 credits, but you can use the same job description multiple times.

Account & Billing
Go to your Profile page from the dashboard menu. You can update your name, email (via Google), and manage your resume uploads.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking through our secure payment gateway.
Yes, all payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. We never store your credit card information.
Your credit balance is displayed in the top navigation bar and on your dashboard. You can also see your credit history in your activity page.
Technical Support
Check: (1) File size is under 10 MB, (2) File format is PDF, DOCX, or TXT, (3) File is not corrupted. If it still fails, try converting to PDF or contact support.
Low scores usually mean: (1) Job description is very specific, (2) Your resume genuinely lacks required qualifications, (3) Resume doesn't clearly state skills/experience. Review the detailed insights to see what's missing and how to improve.
Check: (1) Processing is complete (takes 30-60 seconds), (2) You're viewing the correct match/interview, (3) Refresh the page. If still stuck, contact support.
